Enquiry / Quotation

• Let us know your selected items and put into shopping cart, we will reply you shortly.

• We can be contacted by E-mail or Whatsapp, giving a variety of choice with professional advice.

• Formal quotation will be sent by E-mail.

Order Confirmation

• Please sign your name on the latest quotation to confirm your order. • We will send you an invoice for payment.

• In normal situation, 50% deposit of total amount purchase is required before we start to produce artwork and sample

Artwork design / Sample

• In order to give you a clear picture of the end product, we will make the draft and sample of product according to the Logo, Message and Image provided.

• It usually takes about 2-5days or more for preparing the draft.

• Samples will be made once the draft is confirmed. Approximately time around 6-18 days to have the sample ready. Depends on complexity of the product and the time it takes for amendment.

Production / Follow up

• In order to reach the time-line, mass production will be processed once the sample is approved by client.

• It usually takes around 14-60 days for production. Production time may vary on different categories.

• We will give you an update from time to time.

• IQC will take inspection on most of the products. That can be undertaken by third party also in certain situation

Shipping / Delivery

• We will notify our customers the shipment details before delivery.

• Shipping is available within Hong Kong and Overseas.
